A class 100,000 clean room with class 100 laminar benches is being established in our facility. Also necessary RF fabrication equipment is being constructed and would be completed shortly. This facility consists of thermo-sonic / thermo-compression bonding machine, bond pull tester, parallel gap welding, magnifying lens, etc. Modeling and simulation lab is also being established with all the necessary Electronic Design and Automation (EDA) necessary for design and analysis of RF, Microwave & Digital circuits and systems.
